1-on-1 Personal Training
In person at Lee Valley VeloPark or Copper Box Arena, both in Stratford.
This is the flagship service. You meet me at Lee Valley VeloPark, one of London's best-equipped gyms, for fully personalised coaching sessions. Each session is built around what your body needs that week, not a template I give every client.
Sessions run 60 minutes. Most clients train 2 or 3 times per week. The first session is free, with no obligation to continue. After that, sessions are £50 each, with reduced rates available for multi-session packages.
This is the right service for you if you live or work in or near East London, you want hands-on coaching, you value real-time form correction, and you want the structure of a scheduled commitment.
