THE STORY

How I Got Here

I was born in Bulgaria, a country where strength training is part of the national identity. Lifting and discipline weren't optional. They were how you built yourself into someone capable, day after day. That mindset stayed with me.

Now based in East London, I founded BD Elite Coaching in 2025 to bring that same approach to busy professionals. Sessions run at Lee Valley VeloPark and Copper Box Arena in Stratford, with online coaching for clients further afield.

Most personal training is generic. The same template, dressed up with the client's name on the top. That isn't coaching. Coaching means building something specifically for you, around your body, your schedule, and what you actually want from this. If it isn't personalised, it isn't really coaching.

Three things are non-negotiable in how I work: the programme is built for you and only you. Progress is tracked honestly, with no spin. The support continues between sessions, not just when you're paying. Drop any one of those and the results disappear.

Over the years coaching professionals across East London, I've noticed the same patterns again and again.

People come in fit but tired. They've been training for years but the same problems persist. Their lower back aches. Their shoulders feel locked. Their progress stalled six months ago and they don't know why.

The problem isn't effort. The problem is that no one has ever properly assessed them, properly programmed for them, or properly held them accountable. They've been training, but not coached.

Showing up isn't enough. Every session has a specific purpose: a movement to improve, a load to add, a weak point to fix. Focus and execution beat volume every time. If you're not training with intent, you're just working out.

Strength numbers, body composition, energy levels, recovery between sessions. Every four weeks the data gets reviewed and the programme is adjusted based on what's actually moving. No guesswork. Real results come from real measurement.

Build For Life, Not Just Summer

Crash programmes work for a month, then leave you back where you started. The real win is building habits and a body that hold up long after the initial programme ends. The goal isn't a six-week transformation. It's becoming someone who trains for the rest of their life.

What Working With Me Actually Looks Like

    The Initial Consultation

    Before any programme is written, I spend time understanding your training history, your work life, your sleep, your stress, your goals, and your previous injuries. Most of this happens during the free trial.

    A Programme Built For You

    Within 48 hours of your trial, I build a fully personalised training plan. It accounts for the number of sessions you can commit to, the equipment available, and the specific outcome you’re working towards.

    Coaching, Every Session

    I coach every rep. Form corrections in real time. Adjustments to load and tempo based on how you feel that day. No phone-scrolling, no rep-counting, no autopilot.

    Progress Tracking and Updates

    Every 4 weeks, I review your benchmarks. Strength numbers, body composition, energy levels. The programme is adjusted based on real data, not guesswork.

    Support Between Sessions

    Direct WhatsApp access for questions about training, nutrition, recovery, or programme adjustments. You're not alone between sessions.

What Clients Want to Know Before They Start

How long have you been a personal trainer?

I've been a personal trainer for three years and founded BD Elite Coaching in 2025. I now coach busy professionals full-time at Lee Valley VeloPark and Copper Box Arena in Stratford, plus online clients further afield.

What ages do you train?

I work primarily with clients aged 25 to 60. The majority are busy professionals aged 30 to 50, but I also have clients in their 20s rebuilding fitness after university and clients in their late 50s staying strong as they age. Every programme is built around the individual.

Do you train women as well as men?

Yes. My client base is roughly evenly split between men and women, with women typically focused on strength, body composition, and post-natal return to training. All sessions are personalised regardless of gender.

Can you help with rehab or returning from injury?

I work with clients returning from common training injuries such as lower back issues, shoulder injuries, and knee problems, with appropriate medical clearance. For clinical rehabilitation I work alongside physiotherapists rather than replacing them. If you're unsure whether your situation is suitable, get in touch and we'll discuss honestly.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. I hold full professional indemnity and public liability insurance, plus an enhanced DBS check, REPs / CIMSPA registration, and current first aid certification. Insurance certificates are available on request.
