Online coaching packages are priced separately depending on the programme length. Every new client gets a free trial session before committing, so there's no risk in finding out if it's the right fit.
Lee Valley VeloPark is on Abercrombie Road in East Village, Stratford, London E20 3AB. It's a 5-minute walk from Stratford International station and a 12-minute walk from Stratford station. The site has free on-site parking and is well-connected by the Jubilee line, Central line, DLR, and Overground.
Yes, completely free. The first session is on me with no obligation to continue. It exists so you can experience the coaching before committing to anything. There's no pushy sales pitch at the end. If it's not the right fit, you walk away with no expectation. If it is the right fit, we talk about next steps.
1-on-1 personal training means you train with me in person at Lee Valley VeloPark, with hands-on form coaching every session. Online coaching means you get a custom programme written specifically for you, weekly check-ins, and video form reviews, but you train independently. Most busy professionals start with in-person and transition to online when they've built confidence and consistency.
Most clients notice meaningful changes within 4 to 6 weeks. Strength improvements appear first, typically within 2 to 3 weeks. Visible body composition changes start around weeks 6 to 8 with consistent training and reasonable nutrition habits. Real transformation results, the kind that show in before-and-after photos, typically appear at the 12 to 16 week mark.
No separate membership needed. When you train with me, you access the gym through my coaching. You don't pay a membership fee on top of session costs. If you want to train independently between sessions at Lee Valley, you can purchase day passes or a separate membership, but it's not required.
Most of my clients train with me 2 to 3 times per week. Twice a week is the minimum for meaningful progress. Three times a week accelerates results. Online coaching clients typically follow programmes designed for 3 to 5 sessions per week, fitting their own schedule with whatever equipment they have access to.
