BD Elite Coaching ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect that data when you interact with this website.
1. Who we are
BD Elite Coaching is a personal training business operated from Lee Valley VeloPark, Abercrombie Road, East Village, Stratford, London E20 3AB. For any questions about this policy or your data, you can contact us on 07552 725048.
2. What data we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, the answers you provide are sent to me as a pre-filled WhatsApp message that opens on your device. The information shared with me includes:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The training goal and frequency you selected
- Any free-text notes you choose to add
- Optionally, how you heard about me
You decide whether to send the message in WhatsApp. Until you tap "send" inside WhatsApp, no data is delivered to me. We also collect anonymised usage data through analytics tools (see Section 5).
3. How we use your data
The information you provide through the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your free trial session, and provide ongoing coaching if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under the UK GDPR, our lawful basis for processing your data is your consent (given when you submit the enquiry form) and, where you become a client, the legitimate need to deliver the coaching service you have requested.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses essential cookies to function and may use optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you give consent through the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser data and revisiting the site.
6. Data storage and security
Enquiries are delivered via WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you submit the form, your answers are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device; you then choose whether to send it to me. Once sent, the message is processed by Meta in line with WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and the conversation is retained on my device and Meta's servers for as long as is necessary to respond and provide our services.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten)
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

8. Third-party services
This website integrates with the following third parties:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): for delivering enquiry messages to me
- Google Maps: for embedding the Lee Valley VeloPark map

- Microsoft Clarity (when consent given): for anonymous session insights
